Every address is evaluated across six viability factors before delivery. Addresses below the threshold are removed. You receive only the ones that cleared it, ranked top to bottom.

Available solar energy at the address. Sites with chronically low irradiance are deprioritized regardless of other factors.

System Efficiency
How effectively the site converts available sunlight into usable electricity, based on site-specific conditions.

Roof Geometry
Usable area and structural characteristics that determine whether a system of meaningful size can be installed.
Factor 04
Financial Return Model
A modeled estimate of the projected financial return. Addresses with weak return profiles are deprioritized before delivery.

Homeowner & Neighborhood Indicators
Property ownership signals drawn from assessor and census records. Renters and absentee owners are filtered out.
