Refund Policy

ReKnew Marketing provides digital data products and address scoring services, including self-serve scoring through the web application and pre-scored territory leads. Due to the nature of digital data delivery, refunds are limited as follows.

1. Self-Serve Scoring (Address Credits)

Address credits are non-refundable once purchased. Credits that are reserved for a scoring job but not consumed (due to addresses that fail to resolve) are automatically released back to your balance. Unused credits remain in your account and do not expire.

2. Pre-Scored Territory Leads: Before Fulfillment

Customers may request a full refund on territory lead orders at any time before delivery has begun.

3. Pre-Scored Territory Leads: Delivery Window

Orders are fulfilled within 48 business hours unless otherwise stated. If delivery is not completed within this timeframe, customers may request a refund prior to delivery.

4. After Delivery or Consumption

Once digital files have been delivered, shared, made accessible for download, or address credits have been consumed by a scoring job, all sales are final and non-refundable. No refunds will be granted based on:

If you identify verifiable data issues (duplicates, invalid records, or systematic scoring errors), report them within 14 days of delivery or download. Confirmed issues will be credited or replaced at our discretion.

6. Abuse & Fraud Protection

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected misuse, abuse, chargeback fraud, or policy manipulation.
