ReKnew Marketing is committed to protecting your information and limiting data use to what is necessary for service fulfillment.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect:

• Name and email address (including account registration for the scoring application)
• Account authentication credentials (passwords are stored in hashed form only)
• Order details (county, quantity, service type, address credit balances and transaction history)
• Uploaded address files submitted for scoring through the application or by request

We do not collect or store payment card information. All payment processing is handled by Stripe.

2. Use of Information

Information is used solely to:

• Maintain your account and authenticate access to the scoring application
• Process address credit purchases and track balance and transaction history
• Score client-submitted address files and deliver results
• Fulfill pre-scored territory lead orders
• Communicate regarding services reasonably related to your account or purchase

We do not sell, resell, license, or distribute client-uploaded address data.

3. Data Retention

Uploaded address files and scored output files are retained for a limited period to allow download and are subject to automatic expiry. Expired files are deleted. Account data, credit balances, and transaction history are retained as long as your account is active and as necessary to maintain business records.

4. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, whether through the self-serve application or direct purchase links. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data handling.

5. File Delivery

For self-serve scoring, results are available for download directly from your account dashboard, subject to a file expiry period. For pre-scored territory leads, files are delivered via secure Google Drive sharing or equivalent secure method to the email address provided at checkout.

6. Communications

We may contact you regarding your account, orders, related services, or follow-up offerings. You may request removal from future communications at any time. Transactional emails related to account activity (such as purchase confirmations) may still be sent as necessary.
